Job description for Offline Marketing at Golden English Course

What You'll Do
- Visit schools, educational institutions, and potential partners to introduce Golden English programs
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, teachers, and key decision-makers
- Conduct offline marketing activities, presentations, and promotional activities at schools
- Identify and generate new customer opportunities through school visits and field activities
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective students and school partnerships
- Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, and Academic teams to support customer acquisition
- Achieve customer acquisition and sales targets through effective field marketing activities
- Prepare regular reports on school visits, leads, partnerships, and acquisition results
What We're Looking For
- Minimum SMA/SMK–S1 in any major
- 1–2 years of experience in Offline Marketing, Field Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Partnership, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in approaching and presenting to schools and potential partners
- Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in the field
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Good organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Motivated by performance-based incentives and commission opportunities
- Willing to work onsite and travel to schools across the assigned area
