Job description for Offline Marketing (Sales) at I CAN READ Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
1. HQ Centre Support – Monthly Marketing Materials
- Manage all marketing materials and merchandise inventory for Headquarter (HQ) centers.
- Oversee the design, production, quality control, and distribution of monthly campaign materials (e.g., flyers, posters, banners) and promotional merchandise.
- Manage vendors for printing and production to ensure cost efficiency and on-time delivery.
2. Event Management
- Develop and implement a standardized event program for all I CAN READ centers.
- Provide guidance and quality control to Executives and Center Managers to ensure consistent event execution and effective lead capture.
- Analyze monthly event performance and identify improvements or best practices.
3. Lead Generation & Partnership Strategy
- Plan and execute major external offline marketing events (e.g., trade shows, education fairs, roadshows).
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships with brands, schools, and communities to generate quality leads.
- Set clear KPIs and lead targets aligned with overall enrollment goals.
4. Team Leadership & Analysis
- Lead, train, and mentor Offline Marketing Executive(s), and collaborate with other departments.
- Monitor and report the ROI and performance of offline marketing activities.
- Manage and allocate the offline marketing and materials budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, with a focus on event management. Experience in multi-branch or education industries is preferred.
- Strong project management, vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven experience managing a team and budget.
- Detail-oriented, organized, systematic thinker, and strong leader who can maintain consistent quality across multiple centers.
