WE ARE HIRING – OFFICE MANAGER & RECRUITER

Location: Tukad Dalem, Kutuh, South Kuta

Company: PT IJI Home Group

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager & Recruiter to join our team. This role combines office administration, recruitment, HR coordination, and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & HR

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions.

- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring with department heads.

- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.

- Prepare employment documents and assist with employee onboarding.

- Maintain recruitment records and employee files.

2. Office Management & Administration

- Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes.

- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors.

- Manage office supplies, utilities, and general administrative needs.

- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.

- Organize company files and maintain proper documentation.

3. Operational Support

- Assist management with operational tasks and special projects.

- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and company activities.

- Support communication between management and employees.

- Handle ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Office Administration, HR, Recruitment, or a similar role.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.

- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in hospitality recruitment is an advantage.
