Job description:

We are looking for an Office Boy (OB) who is diligent, responsible, and has the initiative to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the office.

There's a Labrador in the office , so candidates must be comfortable around Labradors. This position also includes assisting with daily grooming and walking. If you're afraid of or uncomfortable with Labradors, please do not apply for this position.

Responsibility:

Clean and maintain the cleanliness of all office areas.

Sweep, mop, and clean the floor regularly.

Clean tables, chairs, glass, toilets, and other work areas.

Throwing out trash and ensuring the office is always clean and tidy.

Maintain cleanliness of office equipment and supplies.

Helping to care for the Labrador in the office.

Help feed and drink according to schedule.

Take your Labrador for a walk if needed.

Keep the area where the Labrador is kept clean.

Assist with other general office work as needed.

Condition:

Diligent, honest, disciplined, and responsible.

Have initiative and can work without having to be constantly reminded.

Willing to work 6 days a week .

Must be comfortable and not afraid of the Labrador.

Willing to help care for and take Labradors for walks.

Experience as an Office Boy / Cleaning Service is an added value.

Able to work independently.
