Job description for Office Boy/Girl at UnionSPACE

- Membersihkan lantai (menyapu, mengepel, vacuum cleaner) di area kantor, koridor, lobi, tangga, dan area umum lainnya.
- Membersihkan toilet, wastafel, cermin, dan lantai area toilet secara rutin.
- Menyiapkan ruang rapat sebelum dan sesudah digunakan (menata kursi, membersihkan whiteboard, dll)
- Mencuci piring, gelas, dan peralatan makan lainnya, membersihkan wastafel dapur, mengosongkan tempat sampah di pantry, serta merapikan area dapur kecil (pantry) setelah digunakan.
- Melakukan perbaikan kecil di lingkungan kerja seperti mengganti lampu yang padam, mengencangkan baut kursi/meja yang longgar, memperbaiki kran atau selang toilet bocor ringan, membersihkan saringan wastafel tersumbat, memasang paku/ganjal pintu, mengecat titik kecil yang mengelupas, serta melaporkan kerusakan yang memerlukan teknisi khusus.
