Job description for Office Assistant at PT Idooh Bersama Indonesia
- Proven experience in secretarial & administrative work
- Familiarity with office management procedurs and basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Ms Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc)
- Fluent in English both oral & written
- Good knowledge of office equipment (telephone, printers, and other machines)
- Having knowledge of social media is an advantage
- Highly organized and disciplined
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Trustworthy & self-motivated
- Responsible for all administrative work in the office
- Responsible for managing office petty cash
- Manage phone calls and correspondents (emails, letters, packages), travels plans and appointments for all employees
- Keep track of office supplies and prepare addition/replacement as needed
- Occasionally acts as host or receptionist of the office for walk-in customers and guests
- Maintain computerized and manual filling systems
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations as assigned
- Handle sensitive information in a confidental manner
