Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate mentoring sessions based on real office administration practices in corporate environments
- Demonstrate proper administrative documentation, correspondence, and reporting standards
- Lead participants in understanding filing systems, document control, and administrative record management
- Conduct practical exercises based on common office administration scenarios and case examples
- Provide professional insights into interdepartmental coordination and administrative support functions
- Apply real office administration scenarios to simulate workplace administrative responsibilities
- Ensure participants understand workplace administrative standards and operational workflows
Qualifications
- Professional background in Corporate Secretary, General Administration, or Sales Administration
- Strong hands-on experience with administrative documentation, correspondence, and record management
- High level of attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- Familiar with corporate document standards, filing systems, and coordination workflows
- Proven ability to supervise and correct administrative work based on workplace expectations
- Prior experience in mentoring or training is an advantage
