Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily operations of the office
Organize and maintain documents and correspondence
Prepare basic administrative documents and reports
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office activities
Support communication between departments
Manage office supplies and handle simple administrative tasks
Assist in organizing materials for meetings and internal events
Ensure overall office organization and efficiency
Requirements:
Proven working experience as or in an Office Admin similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Good communication skills with a friendly personality
Responsible, proactive, and well-organized
Strong attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
