Job description for Odoo Functional and Support Specialist at PT. EMKA Beschlagteile Pacific
The Odoo Functional and Support Specialist is a one of key member of IT department. Responsible for providing assistance and guidance to clients and end-users using the Odoo ERP system.
Job Desk
1. Perform L2 Support to Clients.
2. Become an Expert on all of the features and functions within Odoo.
3. Complete and clear documentation for every performed task.
4. Perform testing of new functions or modifications.
5. Assist user in UAT, User Training and Go-live Assistance.
6. Able to perform Data Migration when needed.
7. Provide the best possibe solutions for client needs.
8. Respond promptly to client iquiries via various support channels (email, phone etc)
9. Analize and troubleshoot technical problem reported by clients and end-users
10. Provide clear concise explanations of technical consepts to non-technical users.
11. Address technical queries related to Odoo modules, configurations and customizations.
12. Perform through testing to replicate and verify reported bugs or errors.
13. Provide timely updates to clients regarding issue status and resolution progress.
14. Assist clients with configurations, user access rights, security settings and workflow proses.
15. Help clients to understand the implications of customizations and advuce of best practices.
16. create and update technical support articles, FAQs, and user guide for clients and team members.
17. Participate in internal knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance the team expertise.
18. Participate in testing Odoo releases and updates to identify potential issies and ensure smooth deployments.
Job Requirement
1. A deep understanding of ERP (Odoo) and Python.
2. Familiarity with Odoo core modules and ability to understand and troubleshoot.
3. Understanding of SQL, PostgreSQL, Javascript, XML, Java, HTML.
4. Creating software documentation.
5. Provide Training and support to the internal Teams.
6. Eager to learn and always update to new technology.
7. Ability to work on dynamic and fast-faced team.
8. Open minded and Team Player especially to develop the IT department.
9. Data driven, growth mindset, ability to problem solver and come up with the best practical solutions.
10. Reachable & Responsible is a Must.
11. Proficient in writen & Spoken English.
Qualifications
* Working experience :
* Minimum 2 years IT Related field
* Minimum 2-3 years in Odoo ERP field
