Job description for Ocean Customer Services Import at Kece Group
Job Description :
-Check and verify Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and other import documents.
-Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company SOPs.
-Arrange for document release, customs clearance instructions, and delivery orders.
-Provide regular status updates and promptly address inquiries or issues.
-Liaise with internal departments (customs, trucking, warehouse) for smooth cargo handling.
-Handle shipment delays, discrepancies, or damages with urgency and professionalism.
-Coordinate with carriers, agents, and customers to find solutions and prevent recurrence.
-Administrative & Reporting
-Maintain shipment records in the company system.
-Prepare reports on shipment status, service issues, and customer feedback.
-Follow up on billing and payment matters related to shipments.
Qualification :
-Have work experience as an import staff minimun 1-2 years.
-Have knowledge related to Import flow.
-Familiar with Manifes
-Have worked in a Freight Forwarding company.
-Proficient in English
-Able to work independently, teamwork well and able to work under pressure.
-Effective interpersonal and relationship skills.
-Excellent communication.
-Have knowledge in export import & documents.
