Job Description :
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Nutritionist Customer Support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries related to nutrition and diet programs, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries via chat.
- Assist customers with nutritional consultations, including assessments of nutritional status and dietary needs
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and share knowledge about programs, meal plans, auto text, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Offer support and service to customers before, during, and after the purchase of products
- Maintain deep product knowledge, particularly regarding nutrition for weight gain
- Provide nutritional consultations and solutions for customers facing weight gain issues
- Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering responsive, informative, and empathetic service
- Actively communicate and build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat orders
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field
- Proficient writing and typing skills, with fast typing abilities to keep up with team workflow
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Familiar with web browsing (Google Chrome) and various social media platforms
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective interaction with customers and teammates
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in writing, especially in a chat format, addressing diverse customer inquiries and complaints
- Knowledge of basic nutrition principles, including nutritional assessment, dietary needs calculation, and calorie content of foods
- Ability to assist customers with nutritional issues and weight gain programs
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to the customer support environment
- After a 10-day training period, candidates should be able to integrate into the customer service workflow and understand various materials, including programs and SOPs
- Good attitude, active, meticulous, and goal-oriented
- Willing to work in Gading Serpong, Tangerang, with working hours from 15:00 - 23:00 WIB
