Job description for NOC Helpdesk at PT Trans Hybrid Communication

1. Kemampuan analisis yang baik, bertanggung jawab atas kestabilan, performa, dan ketersediaan infrastruktur jaringan secara real-time (24/7)

2. Kualifikasi Teknis (Hard Skills)

- Protokol Routing: Pemahaman mendalam tentang BGP (termasuk konsep AS-SET, peering, dan transit), OSPF, IS-IS, dan statik routing.

- Switching & Layer 2: Menguasai konsep VLAN, Spanning Tree Protocol (STP/RSTP/MSTP), LACP (Link Aggregation), QinQ, dan Port Security.

- MPLS & Backbone: Memahami teknologi MPLS, L3VPN, L2VPN (VPLS/VPWS), serta Traffic Engineering (TE)

3. Penguasaan Perangkat Jaringan (Multi-Vendor) : Mikrotik, Juniper, Huawei, Cisco

4. Familiar dengan Tools Monitoring Zabbix, Cacti, PRTG, The Dude

5. Menguasai virtual tools (proxmox) dan dasar-dasar Linux (Nilai Plus)

6. Mampu bekerja sama dan beroordinasi yang baik dengan team (Internal/ 3rd Party)

7. Bersedia Bekerja Shift

8. Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 Tahun di posisi yang sama
