Requirement:

Lulusan S1
Min 2 year Experience as Project Staff/Admin
Memiliki pemahaman tentang NMS such PRTG
Memiliki basic knowledge di jaringan (Network)
Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and proficient with MS Word, MS Power Point, and Google Suites
Experience in data processing will be an advantage
Experience in IT and Telecommunication Industry will be and advantage
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and develop reports
Experience in handling customer and service delivery oriented
Being meticulous towards details, having empathy for clients and product users
