Position: Night Shift Front Office Staff

Job Description:
• Handle check-in and check-out during the night shift.
• Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Handle guest requests, questions, and complaints during the night.
• Monitor hotel access, lobby, and common areas during the shift.
• Assist guests with room access, keys/cards, and basic hotel information.
• Monitor and update reservations in the PMS system.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management when required.
• Handle basic cash/payment transactions and prepare night-shift reports.
• Conduct a proper handover to the morning Front Office team.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and secure.
Requirements:
• Male, preferably 20–35 years old.
• Previous Front Office/hotel experience is preferred.
• Able to work night shifts.
• Good communication and basic English.
• Familiar with WhatsApp and basic computer operations.
• Responsible, alert, honest, and able to work independently.
• Able to handle guest situations calmly and professionally.
