Job description for Night Security at PT. YOLLA INVESTMENT GROUP
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Patrol the building and property, identifying and correcting safety, security, and fire hazards.
2. Utilize security probes as required, ensuring accurate and timely log entries.
3. Respond appropriately to all hotel emergency situations, including safety and fire emergencies.
4. Investigate and document all incidents involving employees or guests, including illness, injury, theft, or property damage.
5. Respond to disturbance calls and monitor for suspicious individuals or activities.
6. Notify department managers of employee activities that conflict with Yolla Hospitality policies.
7. Oversee loading dock operations, including receiving deliveries, checking employee packages, and issuing meal tickets.
8. Report maintenance and housekeeping concerns to the appropriate department managers.
9. Complete daily administrative tasks, including filing reports and maintaining logs.
10. Follow hotel lost and found procedures.
11. Escort guests as required for safety and security.
12. Act as a liaison with local law enforcement when needed.
13. Monitor and review CCTV footage for ongoing security surveillance.
14. Work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
15. Maintain a clean, professional, and organized work area.
16. Adhere to the Yolla Hospitality dress code and grooming standards.
17. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Position Requirements:
● Minimum of one (1) year of prior experience in the security field preferred.
● High school diploma or equivalent required.
● Valid certification and security license/certificate required.
● Professional appearance, demeanor, and a positive attitude at all times.
● Strong ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
● Excellent communication, observation, and organizational skills.
● Ability to work collaboratively and cohesively with colleagues as part of a team.
