**Night Concierge – Full Time (Night Shift)**
**Role Overview**
Responsible for managing guest communication, reservation inquiries, and overnight guest support while ensuring smooth and secure night operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Monitor and respond to reservation inquiries through online booking platforms.
* Handle guest requests and communication through WhatsApp and other digital communication platforms.
* Assist guests with late-night requests and emergencies.
* Monitor the villa area and coordinate with the security team.
* Prepare a clear handover report for the morning team.
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in Front Office or Concierge.
* Familiar with PMS and online reservation platforms.
* Good written and spoken English; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
* Professional, responsive, reliable, and able to work independently during the night shift.
