Job description for Nhân Viên Trưng Bày - Planogram at MM Mega Market Vietnam
- Đưa ra và triển khai hoạt động trưng bày sản phẩm cho hệ thống cửa hàng, bao gồm: Lên bản vẽ chi tiết trên phần mềm Planogram theo đúng quy chuẩn. Đo kích thước, chụp hình sản phẩm và tổng hợp các thông tin liên quan (không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm sử dụng phần mềm, sẽ được hướng dẫn)
- Thực hiện các báo cáo theo biểu mẫu của công ty để phân tích, đánh giá hiệu quả kinh doanh của nhóm ngành hàng, sản phẩm theo yêu cầu
- Triển khai các công cụ hỗ trợ trưng bày để giúp tối ưu về diện tích trưng bày, tăng trải nghiệm khách hàng
- Hướng dẫn, đào tạo, thi công, hỗ trợ, giám sát và kiểm tra hoạt động trưng bày cho hệ thống cửa hàng, đảm bảo hàng hoá trưng bày đúng bản vẽ
- Khảo sát, phân tích thị trường để cập nhật xu hướng trưng bày mới
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc cao đẳng
- Từ 1 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở siêu thị hoặc cửa hàng tiện lợi (Không yêu cầu kinh nghiệm thiết kế,...)
- Có khả năng quan sát về mặt trưng bày và thẩm mỹ tại cửa hàng tốt
- Cẩn thận, chi tiết và có tính tỉ mỉ trong công việc
- Có tinh thần làm việc nhóm, ham học hỏi, chủ động trong công việc
