Job description for Nhân Viên Chăm Sóc Khách Hàng (CUSTOMER SUCCESS FRESHER) at EMVN Music Licensing
- In charge of CS process: On-boarding, On-service and Retention for client
- On-boarding: Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers and implement on-boarding checklists

- Collaborate closely with team members to support renewals and expansion opportunities
- Collaborate closely with EML team to enhance the conversion rate of inbound leads
- Keep updated the policy of Youtube and Copyright to consult the client
- 1+ years customer success or account management experience in media/entertainment industry or with SaaS services
- Proven track record of working in a customer-facing role
- Experience of working with Hubspot, Zendesk, Intercom or similar CRM, service desk, live chat platform is a plus
- Must take Youtube courses and make the presentation on the 1st round interview
- Ability to work in a team-centred, highly collaborative environment
- A high level of accuracy, well organized and attention to detail is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic and with a “get it done” attitude
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are important
- Fluent in Vietnamese & English.
