“New Property Sales Executive” will be assigned to a primary project in Jabodetabek area. This is a position that will be placed at one or more of our developer customers in the marketing gallery.
The main responsibility is to become well educated on the product information, invite consumers, and sell units. They are responsible for achieving a targeted number of consumer visits and sales each month.
• Product Knowledge, including:
a. Product and location benefits
b. Payment schemes
c. KPA Process
d. Unit Details
e. Competitor knowledge
f. Proper management of leads
• Handling clients from lead, through to deal closing, KPR/A paperwork and collections of payment
• Adherence to SOPs and systems given by management
• Generating daily and weekly reports
• Required to work 6 days/week, work weekends and attend consumer site visits, based on desired schedule of consumer
• Required to be based in the marketing gallery of the developer
• Required to attend events (if any) provided by Developer
• Required to represent the developer with honesty and integrity
• Generate own consumer database from flyering, opentables, attendance of events, and referrals
• Property sales experience a plus, but not required
• Process oriented, able to follow processes clearly
• High conversational skills, able to connect quickly with customers
• High negotiation skills, able to manage customer expectations, and still close deals
• Integrity and honesty, looking for long term growth instead of short term gains
• Able to self-manage and still fulfill responsibilities with minimal supervision
