Qualification:
- Bachelor degree in majoring in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Informatics.
- 2 Years in Network and security Engineer or related positions
- Experience in implementing Fortinet, Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Juniper or Huawei firewalls.
- Understand the concept and the operational of NGFW, IDS, IPS, Anti-DDOS, Sandboxing, VPN and Management Security.
- Associate-level certified in the field of Next Gen Firewall (PCNSA/NSE4/HCIA Security/JNCIA Security/CCSA).
- Have motivation to develop, honest and high initiative.
- Willing to be placed at customers’ office in Jakarta area with shifting schedule.
- Willing to be contracted for the duration of the project.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitors client infrastructure and solutions.
- Identifies problems and errors prior to or when they occur.
- Ensure daily operations run normally.
- Reporting the condition of customer infrastructure to the manager and customer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security controls to enhance security posture.
- Collect and analyze feedback from SOP users for continuous improvement
- Monitor and manage Firewalls.
- Monitor firewall logs and respond to security incidents.
- Remediation of firewalls vulnerabilities.
- Implement firewall security policies and rules.
- Provide support and guidance for secure endpoint usage.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter expert to gather information and insights for SOP development.
- Participate in cross-functional teams and projects to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for SLAs provided by customers and other ad-hoc tasks.
