Job description for Network Operations Center (NOC) at ION Network

JOB DESC

Monitoring layanan dan jaringan selama 24/7.
Melakukan troubleshooting awal, dokumentasi, dan eskalasi gangguan jaringan sesuai SOP.
Melakukan provisioning dan aktivasi FTTH.
Menindaklanjuti tiket pelaporan dari Customer Service dengan melakukan pengecekan dari sisi NOC.
Menyampaikan hasil pemeriksaan kepada Customer Service untuk ditindaklanjuti.
Melakukan koordinasi dengan tim lintas departemen.
Menyusun dan menyampaikan Daily Report aktivitas secara rutin setiap hari.

REQUIREMENT

Pendidikan minimal SMK TKJ,TJKT, Teknik Informatika atau bidang terkait.
Memahami dasar Networking (TCP/IP, Routing, DHCP, VLAN).
Memahami dasar teknologi Fiber Optik (FTTH).
Memahami dasar konfigurasi dasar Switch dan Router Mikrotik.
Memahami dasar konfigurasi perangkat Access Point dan ONT.
Bersedia bekerja secara shift 24/7.
Memiliki kemampuan untuk berkomunikasi dengan baik.
Memiliki minat terhadap teknologi dan memiliki kemauan belajar yang tinggi.
Mampu mengoperasikan sistem operasi Linux atau Windows.
