- Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 jurusan Sistem Informasi, Manajemen Informatika, Teknik Informatika, Teknik Komputer, Teknik Industri, atau Teknik Elektro.
- Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang terkait, dibuktikan dengan CV dan Surat Keterangan Kerja.

- Menguasai analisis teknis dan troubleshooting jaringan MPLS/L3, Fiber Optic (FO), dan Metro Ethernet.

- Memiliki pengalaman SD-WAN dan Access Point menjadi nilai tambah.
