JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Configure, monitor, and maintain network devices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues.
- Ensure network performance and availability.
- Support daily network operations and maintenance.
- Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues.
- Update network documentation and diagrams.
- Provide technical support and act as an escalation point for Network Engineer L1.
- Follow network security standards and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network Engineer, NOC Engineer, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, Routing, Switching, VLAN, VPN, and Firewall.
- Experience with network devices such as Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet, Juniper, or similar.
- Familiar with network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, Zabbix, LibreNMS).
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to work in shifts and be on-call when required.
- CCNA certification is required. (CCNP, Fortinet NSE/FCP, or MikroTik certification is a plus.)
