Job description for network engineer at Profis Orkestrasi Solusindo
- D3/S1 in Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline
- Having CCNA/JNCIA/MTCNA Certificate is a must
- Experience in creating configuration for Network equipments
- Experience in troubleshooting for Network equipments
- Having min 2 years of experience in the same field
- Having basic skill in Network, Security, Routing & Switching
- Having high willingness to learn
- Good communication and coordination skill
- Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of devices at customers in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Provide solutions and give recommendations to the customer according to their needs
- Responsive services
- Installation and migration for project
- Drive self-improvement and upkeep with the latest technologies and corporate changes on a continuous basis
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision when tasks are assigned
