Responsibilities :
- Handling second level support for technical issues on Network and Wireless products.
- Installing, implementing, troubleshoot, problem solving for project and supporting an enterprise’s users.
- Collaborate with another departments related to project plans, customer prospects, and ongoing projects.
- Responsible for fulfillment certification
Requirements :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer & Technology
- Experienced in implementing routers and switches will be an advantage
- Having technical knowledge about the deployment of WLAN in enterprise environments (Aruba/Ruckus/Cisco/Fortinet).
- Good in interpersonal skill, communication and able to work as part of team
- Able to work independently with strong initiative and problem solver attitude
