  1. Pre-Survey, Onsite Survey and Installation for New Customer
  2. Trouvleshooting problem handling by call and onsite
  3. Monitoring Link POP and Customers
  4. Reporting (SLA Report, Daily Activities, Troubleshooting)
  5. Ticketing troubleshooting customer

Requirements

  1. Minimum age: 18 years old; maximum: 28 years old.
  2. Minimum education: Vocational High School (SMK), majoring in TKJ (Computer and Network Engineering).
  3. Work experience: 1–2 year
