•⁠ ⁠Supported the operation and maintenance of enterprise network infrastructure

•⁠ ⁠Conducted network troubleshooting and incident resolution across routing, switching, and network connectivity to minimize downtime and maintain service availability.

•⁠ ⁠Prepared and maintained Method of Procedure (MOP), Change Request (CR), and operational documentation for network changes and maintenance activities.

•⁠ ⁠Supported preventive maintenance activities to improve network infrastructure stability, reliability, and service availability

3.⁠ ⁠⁠Perangkat yang dihandle: Cisco, Aruba, HPE, Ubiquity

4.⁠ ⁠⁠Jam Kerja: senin-jum'at, 07.00-16.00

5.⁠ ⁠⁠Tools yang dipakai untuk kerja: Securecrt, microsoft office, Visio

6. Must have a CCNA Certificate
