Job description for National Operations Manager at Trans F&B

Oversee and manage daily outlet operations to ensure efficiency and service excellence
Drive sales performance and achieve revenue, profit, and operational KPIs
Control operational costs (COGS, labor cost, and overhead) in line with budget targets
Maintain product quality, hygiene standards, and brand consistency
Ensure strict implementation of food safety standards, sanitation procedures and hygiene compliance in accordance with company policy and government regulations
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and enhance customer experience
Monitor outlet performance through daily, weekly, and monthly reporting analysis
Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve high performance
Ensure full compliance with SOPs, company standards, and government regulations
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and HR departments
