Job description for National Operations Manager at Trans F&B

Lead and oversee nationwide restaurant operations across Indonesia.
Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
Ensure consistent implementation of Quality, Service & Cleanliness (QSC) standards.
Monitor Food Safety, compliance, and brand standards.
Lead District Managers and Store Managers to achieve operational targets.
Analyze business performance and implement improvement strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Business Development.
Support new store openings and operational expansion initiatives.
