We are Hiboo Baby, a rapidly growing Indonesian direct-to-consumer (DTC) brand specializes in skincare products for moms and babies. Founded in 2023 and inspired by Japanese skincare, we focus on gentle, minimalist products that are safe for sensitive skin. Hiboo’s products are designed to gently heal and nourish, without the need for prescription-based ingredients.

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Offline Sales to lead and grow our retail presence in Indonesia's mom and baby market. This role will oversee offline sales operations nationwide, manage distributor relationships, and ensure optimal product visibility and sell-through across priority stores.
- Lead offline sales strategy and execution, reporting directly to the CEO.
- Using SQL and Tableau to analize and make related strategy to Hiboo.
- Manage and develop a team of SPG.
- Oversee distributors across Indonesia, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with pareto (high-impact) stores and ensure consistent sales performance in priority stores.
- Drive both sell-in and sell-out strategies to boost market share.
- Optimize modern trade execution and partnerships.
- Ensure effective merchandising and product placement strategies in mom and baby retail environments.
- Monitor and analyze economic activity and performance at store level to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the mom and baby product market in Indonesia.
- Strong background in data
- Strong knowledge of merchandising, including shelf strategy and visual display.
- Extensive experience managing sell-in/sell-out operations.
- Well-established network with retailers and distributors nationwide.
- Solid background in modern trade channels.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Data-driven and results-oriented approach to sales growth.
