We’re looking for a part-time Mystic Associate (Inventory Specialist) to help manage our spirituality retail store online. You are allowed to work remotely; and required to do in-person meetings once a month. You’ll be responsible for caring for our products with love, keeping our product listings up-to-date, and tracking inventory levels. If you love spirituality, have an eye for accuracy, and enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, this role is perfect for you!
Job Descriptions
- Supporting product purchase documentation in Google Sheets
- Create and edit product listing in Tokopedia/TikTok Shop and website
- Inventory management: update stock levels accurately after purchase
- Handle documents and receipts to report to finance department
- Most of the work will be done remotely, using your personal laptop
- Monthly in-person inventory checking in Mengwi, Bali
Job Requirements
- Profound interest in spirituality and mystical arts
- Enthusiasm for learning and self-development
- Fondness for numbers, math, and critical thinking
- Diploma or vocational degree is a plus
- Entry-level role, no work experience required
- Internship experience is a plus
