1.⁠ ⁠Pendidikan minimal S1 (semua jurusan) atau lulusan Sekolah Menengah Musik (SMM)

2.⁠ ⁠Terampil memainkan piano atau gitar

3.⁠ ⁠Senang bekerja dengan anak-anak, sabar, dan memiliki kepribadian yang ceria

4.⁠ ⁠Terbuka untuk belajar hal baru dan memiliki kreativitas tinggi

5.⁠ ⁠Adaptif dan mampu bekerja dalam tim

6.⁠ ⁠Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik dengan anak, orang tua, maupun rekan kerja
