Job Description:

Menentukan konsep dan arah musik sesuai dengan brand & ambience outlet
Mengelola dan mengkurasi playlist untuk seluruh outlet
Mengatur dan mengawasi program live music (band, soloist, DJ)
Memastikan kualitas audio dan sistem musik berjalan optimal
Berkolaborasi dengan tim Marketing & Operasional untuk event dan campaign
Melakukan evaluasi dan pengembangan strategi musik berdasarkan feedback customer

Qualifications:

Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang Music Director / DJ / Sound Curator
Memahami berbagai genre musik & tren industri F&B
Memiliki sense of music branding & customer experience
Komunikatif, kreatif, dan detail-oriented
Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun tim
