Responsibilities
- Take designs to the next level with your creative vision and ideas.
- Create valuable content to educate and engage our customers.
- Design and produce graphic communications, visual assets, and video content.
- Work collaboratively with the marketing and internal design teams to brainstorm, ideate, and produce compelling design work across multiple platforms.
- Be accountable for the development and conceptualization of graphic visuals, video editing, and motion concepts to convey the desired message.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role(s).
- A strong understanding of design fundamentals and the ability to optimize each design tool.
- Organized and efficient in seeking resources, planning, and actively taking steps to make things happen.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible and willing to move between campuses to gain new experiences.
- A strong faith in Christ is demonstrated through work ethics, humility, a commitment to personal growth, and a positive attitude.

What would we like to see in you?
- The ability to conceptualize and create visually appealing, innovative designs that effectively communicate a message.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (AI, PSD, AE, AP, ID) and a strong understanding of design principles.
- An understanding of the power of branding and how to use it to project the brand's story to the desired audience.
- The ability to create an excellent customer experience when interacting with the brand.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, while collaborating well with other team members.
- Strong and confident communication skills when interacting with the team, colleagues, and stakeholders.
