Job Description
- Develop and execute multimedia visual assets, including static designs, motion graphics, and video content, based on creative briefs.
- Create and edit videos for digital platforms (social media, campaigns, and branded content).
- Translate concepts and ideas into visually engaging, clear, and audience-relevant designs and videos.
- Collaborate with the creative team throughout ideation and production processes.
- Ensure visual consistency across all visual and video outputs in accordance with client and agency brand guidelines.
- Revise designs and videos based on internal and client feedback within agreed timelines.
- Organize and manage design files, video assets, and project materials in a structured manner.
- Stay up to date with design, video, and multimedia trends in the creative industry.
Criteria
- Currently based in Yogyakarta
- Minimum D3/Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Multimedia Designer or Video-based Creative role (fresh graduates are welcome with a strong portfolio).
- Proven portfolio showcasing design and video work.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (familiar with CapCut and Canva; After Effects and Lightroom are a plus).
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
- Solid basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and possesses strong visual taste.
- Can thrive in a fast-paced digital environment and handle tight lead times
- Open to feedback, communicative, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership.
