NAILOOK is #1press on nails brand in indonesia,fashion-focused press-on nail retail brand currently operating five physical stores in Jakarta.
As our brand and retail network continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven Retail Area Manager with strong multi-store management capabilities. This role will be responsible for improving store performance, developing our retail teams, and ensuring consistent operational standards across all locations.

Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree, preferably in Retail Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in the retail industry, including a minimum of one year in multi-store management, area supervision, store management, or an area manager role.
- Experience in beauty, fashion, accessories, lifestyle, or female-focused consumer brands is preferred.
- Proven experience managing store managers and frontline retail sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of sales target management, staff scheduling, performance evaluation, inventory control, and store SOPs.
- Strong data-analysis skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Able to communicate, read, and prepare work-related reports in English.
- Mandarin Chinese proficiency is highly preferred and will receive priority consideration.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively with store employees, customers, and shopping mall management.
- Strong leadership, execution, accountability, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willing to work according to retail operating hours and visit stores or handle urgent matters on weekends and public holidays when necessary.
- Able to travel between different store locations within Jakarta.
