Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree
- 3 years of Experience as KAE from F&B and FMCG Company
- experienced in handling Modern Trade Independent (MT Lokal Key Account) directly (account management, trading term, sales responsibility, business review, planogram, review SKU, in-store promotion, in-store merchandising, others account related). Owned responsibilities to manage Local Key Account in Modern Market channel.
- Able to communicate in English (including presentation) is an advantage
- Good in presentation
- Willing to have business travel to assigned coverage areas
- Willing to be relocated to another cities
- Willing to develop career to higher level
Responsibility
- Develop Localized Strategies for MTI
- Maintain Trading Term with Maximum Benefit
- Conduct analysis of outlet visit data and distributor performance to provide informed insights for strategic work planning
- Ensure Product Availability & Visibility across Key Accounts
- Monitor sales performance
- Maintain strong relationships with MTI Account
