Job description for MTC Boiler at PT Kemilau Warna Ceria

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Mengoperasikan dan memantau boiler serta peralatan pendukungnya secara aman & efisien

2. Melakukan preventive & corrective maintenance pada boiler, burner, pompa, valve, dan sistem uap

3. Troubleshooting kerusakan boiler dan sistem utility

4. Melakukan water treatment dan pengujian kualitas air boiler

5. Memantau parameter operasional (tekanan, suhu, konsumsi bahan bakar)

6. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur K3 dan regulasi boiler

7. Membuat laporan maintenance

Kualifikasi:

1. SMK/D3 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Energi, atau jurusan terkait

2. Memiliki Sertifikat Operator Boiler (Kelas 1 atau 2) yang masih berlaku

3. Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai teknisi/operator boiler (diutamakan di industri tekstil)

4. Memahami sistem steam boiler, water treatment, dan safety K3

5. Disiplin, teliti, dan bersedia kerja shift

6. Usia maksimal 40 tahun

7. Sehat jasmani & tidak buta warna
