Job description for Morula Ambassador at Morula IVF Indonesia (PT. Morula Indonesia)
Responsibility:
- Opening new channel to referring patients Morula Indonesia
- Monitoring the journey of patients who have been referred by the Brand Ambassador
- Maintaining good relationships with Morula Brand Ambassadors
- Ensuring that the Brand Ambassador is well-informed about the products, programs, and benefits provided by Morula Indonesia
Requirement:
- Possess a minimum of a Diploma (D3).
- Previous as Brand Ambassador & Community Development experience, minimum 1 Years Experience is required.
- Previous work experience in hospitals, clinics or insurance is required.
- Demonstrated experience in managing patient communities, including proficiency in handling databases and effectively following up with community members.
- Managing ambassador programs or working closely with ambassadors is a plus. Ability to effectively communicate, support, and collaborate with ambassadors to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
