Job description for Moblie Developer at PT Hireup Solusi Talenta

Job Description

1. Mengembangkan dan memelihara aplikasi mobile (Android/iOS) dengan standar kualitas production-ready

2. Menerjemahkan kebutuhan bisnis dan desain UI/UX menjadi fitur aplikasi yang stabil, scalable, dan user-friendly

3. Mengintegrasi dan mengelola RESTful API secara efisien

4. Melakukan debugging, troubleshooting, dan root cause analysis terhadap permasalahan yang terjadi di environment production

5. Mengoptimalkan performa aplikasi, termasuk loading time, memory usage, dan responsiveness

6. Menulis kode yang clean, reuseable, dan maintainable

Requirement

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 dari Jurusan relevan dengan GPA minimal 3.00

2. Minimal pengalaman dibidang terkait 3 tahun

3. Berpengalaman menggunakan Flutter, React Native, atau Native Android (Kotlin), Native iOS (Swift), diutamakan kandidat yang memiliki keahlian dalam Flutter

4. Memiliki pengalaman dalam integrasi REST API (authentication, pagination, dan error handling), state management (Provider, Bloc, Redux, dan lainnya), serta version control menggunakan Git (branching dan pull request)

5. Mampu menulis kode yang bersih (clean code) dan modular

6. Mampu melakukan troubleshooting isu yang kompleks

7. Mengimplementasikan unit testing atau integration testing

8. Melakukan proses build dan deployment aplikasi ke Google Play Store atau App Store

9. Membuat dokumentasi teknis, seperti flow aplikasi, penggunaan API, dan lainnya

10. Memiliki portfolio aplikasi (Play Store / App Store / GitHub)

11. Memiliki pengalaman dalam proses publikasi dan mengelola aplikasi di Play Store atau App Store

12. Pernah mengembangkan aplikasi secara end-to-end, dari tahap development, release, hingga maintenance

13. Familiar dengan Firebase, seperti Authentication, Notification, dan lainnya

14. Memahami pola arsitektur MVMM, Clean Architecture, dan MVC

15. Memahami lifecycle aplikasi mobile, debugging tools (Logcat, Profiler, dan sejenisnya), error handling serta crash handling
