Mobile Phone Technician
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform mobile phone troubleshooting, inspection, and diagnosis to identify hardware and software issues.
- Conduct mobile phone repairs and component replacements in accordance with established technical procedures.
- Perform functional testing and quality checks after repairs to ensure devices operate properly.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, spare parts usage, and service activities.
- Ensure all repair activities comply with company SOPs, technical standards, and safety procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the work area and repair tools.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum SMK graduate, preferably majoring in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Mechatronics.
- At least 1 year of experience as a mobile phone technician is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Willing to be placed at the vivo Service Center in Roxymas, Jakarta.
- Willing to comply with company policies, work procedures, and established SOPs.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
