Key responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack features
Maintain, optimize, and actively fix errors/bugs on existing systems (including complex issues)
Translate user feedback into improvements
Write clean and efficient code
Design simple and effective security solutions.
Collaborate closely with global peers and mentor juniors

Possible Responsibilities

Deliver short corporate IT training courses
Support consultancy engagements as required

Must requirements

3+ years of software engineering experience
Able to communicate clearly and effectively in English.
Must be proficient with JavaScript and PHP or Python.
Must be proficient in using Linux CLI
Must have a deep understanding of SQL Database (MariaDB / MySQL)
Uses AI/LLMs to enhance productivity
Demonstrated business impact in past work (e.g., improved performance, optimized processes, or delivered measurable results).

Good to have

Experience leading a small feature or project.
Experience with system architecture or scaling applications.
Mentoring experience
