Job description for Microbiology Analyst at PT Vaksindo Satwa Nusantara

Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal D3 Biologi atau Kimia.
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun pada bidang yang relevan.
Mampu bekerja secara aseptis serta menguasai teknik inokulasi, subkultur mikroba, dan preparasi media mikrobiologi.
Mampu melakukan pengujian mikrobiologi laboratorium, seperti Total Plate Count (TPC), Gram Staining, uji sterilitas, dan pengujian mikrobiologi lainnya, serta mampu menginterpretasikan hasil pertumbuhan mikroorganisme.
Memahami penerapan standar ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 14001, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), dan Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

Menyiapkan sampel, larutan, standar, media, dan reagen yang diperlukan untuk proses pengujian.
Melaksanakan pengujian mikrobiologi terhadap produk antara dan produk jadi sesuai metode yang berlaku.
Mengoperasikan, merawat, dan memastikan kesiapan instrumen laboratorium serta menjaga kebersihan area Laboratorium Mikrobiologi.
Memastikan seluruh bahan dan reagen yang digunakan masih dalam masa berlaku serta sesuai dengan identitas dan pelabelan.
Memastikan identitas sampel sesuai dan melaksanakan pengujian berdasarkan spesifikasi serta metode yang telah ditetapkan.
Memastikan seluruh peralatan laboratorium digunakan sesuai SOP dan instruksi kerja yang berlaku.
