MICE MANAGER
JOBDESC
1. Prepare quotations.
2. Make hotel reservations and reconfirm the bookings.
3. Make vendor bookings and reconfirm the arrangements.
4. Prepare mineral water for group guests.
5. Reconfirm tour guides and transportation arrangements.
6. Prepare closing reports.
7. Review all tasks completed by the relevant team members.
8. Prepare monthly reports.
JOB QUALIFICATION
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1)
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions), event management, or the travel industry.
3. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial position is preferred.
4. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
6. Good knowledge of hotel reservations, vendor management, tour guides, and transportation arrangements.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
8. Good command of English, both written and spoken.
9. Strong knowledge of Bali tourism and local suppliers is an advantage.
10. Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
