1. Membuat kutipan (Quotation) dan Itinerary (Voucher)

2. Melakukan pemesanan hotel dan konfirmasi ulang pemesanan tersebut

3. Melakukan pemesanan kepada vendor dan konfirmasi ulang pemesanan tersebut

4. Memuat air mineral untuk tamu grup

5. Konfirmasikan kembali untuk guide dan transportasi yang akan digunakan utk tour

6. Membuat laporan penutup

Kualifikasi : Ijazah minimal S1

Bisa berbahasa inggris

Memiliki pengalaman di MICE minmal 1thun menjadi nilai

Mampu mengoperasikan komputer

Menguasi microsoft office terutama excel

Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
