- Educational & Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics). Fresh graduates with strong relevant internship experience or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in marketing analytics, data operations, or business intelligence are welcome.
- Solid SQL Proficiency: Hands-on experience writing clean SQL queries, including multi-table JOINs, subqueries/CTEs, aggregations, and conditional logic (CASE WHEN) for data extraction and data cleansing.
- Spreadsheet & Dashboarding Capabilities: Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel for data manipulation (Pivot Tables, core formulas) and hands-on familiarity with BI & dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, or Metabase).
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Mindset: Strong logical thinking skills with the ability to look beyond raw numbers, identify campaign drop-offs, and connect data patterns to real-world merchant behaviors.
- Data Precision & Operational Discipline: High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and strict SLA fulfillment for daily operational data requests. ● Clear Communication & Documentation: Able to document analytical findings clearly in well-structured reports and present insights simply to internal stakeholders. ● Domain Interest: Good grasp of digital marketing metrics and a genuine passion for supporting small-to-medium businesses (UMKM) within the food delivery ecosystem.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Data Extraction & Data Readiness: Assist the team in extracting, cleaning, and validating raw marketing data using SQL to maintain dataset readiness for campaign targeting and performance reporting.
- Marketing Performance Analysis: Support the team in tracking and evaluating key performance metrics across various merchant promotional and marketing campaigns, assisting in identifying campaign efficiency bottlenecks.
- Merchant Insights & Segmentation: Support in analyzing merchant behavior patterns across different segments and help translate raw numbers into actionable insights to optimize campaign targeting logic.
- Dashboard Management & Reporting: Assist in building, updating, and maintaining operational analytics dashboards to monitor key merchant metrics and document analytical findings in well-structured reports.
- Cross-Functional Analytics Support: Assist in tracking engagement metrics for merchant education initiatives and support measuring the impact of CRM campaigns on overall merchant app activity.
