· Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and company’s objectives.
· Analyze sales figures, customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
· Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities and time-scales.
· Maximize customer interest and sales levels by coordinate marketing materials (pricelist, specsheets, technical files, etc.) appropriately.
· Team with Business Development to produce showroom layout plans and maintain inventory.
· Forecast profits/sales and plan budgets.
· Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clear outs etc.
· Remain up to date with industry’s best practices and performing additional duties as assigned by manager
Build constructive customer relationships and team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals by, including but not limited to:
· Responding to client requests that come in via email, phone and in person in a timely manner
· Following up the new order plan from clients to meet the sales target monthly
· Being responsible for client’s sales orders. From quote to delivery stage, balance payment, for distributors, larger project and allocated retail clients
· Tracking order during processing in production to keep client updated on shipment.
· Working with planning and production to keep up to minute data on delivery schedules and immediately alert your clients of any delays or problem happens
· Making sure all special requirements of each client is being followed closely from production/QA/QC/Planning to avoid ignoring or mistake.
· Overall coordination with loading container schedule with Delivery department and clients.
· Working with accounting base on scheduled payment from client before and after shipment to update debtor.
· Handling all the claims from all clients by investigating with QA and devise course of actions.
· Support clients on all products, engineering, materials and policies updates.
Education/ Trình độ: BS degree in Marketing or related field
Experience/Kinh nghiệm:nAt least 2-3 years’ proven experience in training and relationship.
