Job description for Merchandiser at Anugerah Metalindo Gemilang
We're looking for a hands-on Staff Merchandiser to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and has solid experience in stock management or warehouse operations (stokis).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate day-to-day merchandise, promotional materials, and Point of Sales Materials (POSM)
- Handle stock reconciliation using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method
- Source and manage vendors for merchandise and POSM production
- Ensure merchandise and POSM are delivered on time, complete, and in good condition
- Process invoices and maintain expense cash flow records
- Develop concepts and designs for new merchandise in line with event, store, and marketplace needs
- Assist with product styling for events and KOL/Model needs
Requirements
- Min. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Design, Marketing, or related field
- Min. 1 year of experience in merchandising, POSM, or related role
- Familiar with stock/warehouse management systems (stokis)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of purchasing, invoicing, and stock administration
- Able to use basic design tools is a plus
- Willing to travel for events and store visits
