🚀 JOB SUMMARY
As a Merchandiser, you will play a key role in managing order execution from development to production. You will coordinate across departments to ensure products are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and align with customer expectations.
✨ WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Handle and monitor garment orders from sampling, development, production, until shipment process
• Coordinate closely with buyers, suppliers, and internal production teams regarding order progress and requirements
• Prepare and maintain order details, costing information, production timelines, and shipment schedules
• Monitor sample development and ensure approvals are completed according to timeline
• Follow up material readiness and production progress to ensure on-time delivery
• Communicate production updates, issues, and solutions clearly to related parties
• Ensure all product specifications and quality requirements are properly executed during production process
🔍 KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as Merchandiser in garment, textile, or apparel industry
• Strong understanding of garment production flow and merchandising process
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced in using ERP systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines
• Able to communicate in English both written and verbal is preferred
