Job description for Merchandiser at PT. COSPA HANDBAG GROUP
Job descriptions:
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies that balance customer expectations and company goals.
- Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock.
- Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and timelines.
- Maximize customer interest and sales levels by displaying products effectively.
- Generate store layout plans and maintain store shelves and inventory.
- Estimate profits/sales and plan budgets.
- Monitor stock movement and consider markdowns, promotions, price changes, clearances, etc.
- Build constructive customer relationships and teamwork with channel partners to develop channels and close deals.
- Observe industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3 education
- Have experience as a Merchandiser for at least 1 year
- Have knowledge of Cutting, Production & Manufacturing
- Good communicator and negotiator
- Disciplined, fast learner, hard worker & able to work under pressure
- Accustomed to using Ms. Office
